Export Your Data First
Before deleting your account, you can export all your data including your profile, learning progress, writing submissions, and audio recordings. Look for the "Export My Data" option in Privacy Settings.

Delete Account
Tap Delete My Account
After tapping "Delete My Account", you'll be asked to confirm. Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

Data That Will Be Deleted
- •Personal Information: Your name, email address, profile information, and account credentials
- •Learning Data: Your progress, exercise submissions, written answers, audio recordings, and performance metrics
- •User Content: Any content you created or uploaded to the platform
- •Preferences: Your settings, preferences, and customization choices
- •Device Data: Device identifiers and usage analytics linked to your account
Data That May Be Retained
In accordance with legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements, we may retain certain data for a limited period:
- •Transaction Records: Payment history and invoices (retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes)
- •Legal Compliance Data: Information required by law to be retained (e.g., for fraud prevention, dispute resolution)
- •Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you
- •Backup Systems: Data in backup systems may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted
Additional Retention Period
After your account is deleted, some data may remain in our backup systems for up to 90 days before being permanently removed. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.
Important Notes
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your learning progress, saved content, and subscription benefits.
Active subscriptions: If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel recurring payments through Apple or Google.
No refunds: Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription time or previous purchases.
